Programming Core Components

Yoga

  • Flow into Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, off-the-mat, and restorative practices

  • Explore and deepen learning of the five Koshas

  • Integrate spiritual recovery into reality

Guided Meditation + Breath Work

  • Refine mindfulness techniques

  • Apply vagus nerve toning methods for long-term mental health benefits

  • Unite mind, body, and spirit through a felt experience

Energy Work

  • Practice chakra opening and balancing

  • Engage in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), meridian tapping, and acupressure

  • Participate in Reiki-guided healing

Trauma Reconditioning

  • Work through nervous system deregulation identification and tolerance

  • Experience body sensation reconnection

  • Step out of disregulation and into a restored state of being

Services

  • Private Sessions

    One-hour private sessions include warm up exercises, yoga integreated breathing, and mindfulness. They can be hosted in-person or virtually.

  • Group Sessions

    Group sessions are fully customized for 2 - 10 individuals who are seeking reconnection and restoration. These are scheduled on an individual basis.
