Hello and Welcome!

My recovery journey began as a teenager, over 25 years ago. I spent the next 15 years navigating an eating disorder, substance abuse, and complex trauma. I followed treatment plans, tried medications, attended all rehab styles, learned coping skills, and worked hard to “stay present.” Over time, I continued to struggle and it became clear that something essential was missing. I wasn’t being supported on how to live in my body, only how to manage it from the outside.

That realization became the foundation of my work. I began supporting clients in 2015 with a simple intention: to be the steady, attuned adult I had needed - offering relatable lived experience alongside practical guidance. Instead of rushing insight or pushing transformation, we focus on understanding and applying fundamentals. Breath + movement, food + water, nervous system safety + staying in relationship. I teach how to stay with oneself through the uncomfortable transitions of recovery and relational changes. When people are supported through those transitions, real healing becomes possible.

Today, my work is grounded and practical. I guide people back into relationship with themselves through somatic practices, nervous system education, yoga inspired movement, and a healthy dose of humor. I work with individuals and families navigating recovery, trauma, and major life transitions, helping them build steadiness, clarity, and trust from the inside out. I’ve experienced healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about creating conditions where the body, mind and relationships can reorganize naturally.

It’s an honor to do this work alongside a thoughtful, resilient community.

I’m glad you’re here.
